THE POSTION
We are seeking aCHEF DE PARTIEfor PUNCH LANE. The ideal applicant will have the skills and passion to work with an iconic Melbourne restaurant that is renowned for its food and wine offer. Punch Lane is a favorite dining room of many throughout its 28-year history, it offers European style food , has busy services , small team with a great culture. The ideal candidate would be working on pans and sauces.
The position offered is on a full time basis including weekends with Monday/ Tuesdays off.

What we expect of you
- A passion to progress and develop your skills and knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar establishment
- Responsible and accountable running your section
- Someone who can contribute to a cohesive kitchen team and collaborate with the FOH
- Knowledge of local and seasonal produce
- A high standard of presentation for both yourself and your work
- Experience in pans and grill section
