Job Duties include:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed,meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Deliver high quality cuisine.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and organise kitchen and equipment inadherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriatetemperature-controlled facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications: no less than aCertificate IV / Diploma level or equivalent employment experience; and
- 2 years full time employment experience.
- Knowledge and passion for gourmet, fine diningItalian cuisine.
Additionally, you will have:
- Ability and experience to work autonomously in afast-paced commercial kitchen with a talented kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work split shifts, includingevenings and weekends.
