The Bendigo Club, a part of Kilmore Racing Club Group, requires an experienced, passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to become part of our growing kitchen team.
The primary requirement of the position is the ability to deliver consistent standards with a high level of quality and presentation of food. The venue includes a bistro style restaurant offering upscale menus and food delivered through full table service. The Bendigo Club operates as a function venue also, delivering small and large events and functions throughout the year.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
A passion for food and the Hospitality industry
Ability to work within a fast-paced setting while delivering consistent high standards
Able to work well within a team and follow direction
Strong attention to detail
A working knowledge of OHS standards, understanding the importance of maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen
This role will suit a Chef who is passionate about food and wants to work within a professional kitchen environment, with a view to training and advancement. The successful candidate will have a Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification and more than two years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
All candidates must be flexible with roster, the ability to work nights and weekends is essential. The position is full time with a starting salary of $70,000, plus superannuation.
