AND YOU ARE…?
In addition to being a brilliant communicator who can win people to their cause, you must have:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
- Experience in aged care leadership, with background in Clinical Governance, quality or education
- Excellent communication skills with ability to write first class reports
- Experience in policy and procedure maintenance
- Leadership skills with ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of aged care standards, legislation and changing regulation
Reporting to the switched-on CEO, the role includes:
- Managing Clinical Governancefor James Milson Village across their two sites
- Working with multiple stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes and regulatory requirements
- Being a key player in the senior leadership team
- Demonstrating forward-thinking regarding policy, procedures oversight and requirements
- Leading and value-adding to the Board’s Clinical Governance committee
- Trending, data analysis, complaints management
