About the Role:
The CEO is responsible for providing MOTLA's strategic leadership, vision and day-to-day management. They will maintain and lead all external and internal operations to deliver on the organisation’s vision, mission and goals.
The CEO will oversee all aspects of the organisation's operations, including financial management, program development, fundraising and stakeholder engagement.
It is envisaged that this role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced executive with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders from varied and diverse backgrounds, as well as the capacity to drive organisational growth.
The CEO will have a deep passion for and unwavering dedication to the mission of March of the Living; a profound sense that this position is their 'calling' and that the cause resonates deeply within them.
