About the Role
A role has recently become available for an experienced Administration Officer to join our busy fresh produce team in our Brisbane site. This unique role will be servicing our clients and customers at the market stand, working alongside our sales team with processing the orders and reporting on a regular basis.
This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, Monday to Friday with the hours between 5:00AM – 1:00PM. Please note that this is an on-site based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to orders and queries from clients / customers in person or via email.
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting the calls in a professional manner.
- Processing goods receival, checking delivery and documentation accuracy.
- Managing stock control.
- Proficiency in account keeping and cash handling.
- Data entry into relevant stock management system.
- Distributing mail and other deliveries within the appropriate timeframe.
- Operate and maintain office machinery including printers, desktop computers, and other electronic/digital office equipment.
- Classifying, indexing, maintaining, and updating both manual and electronic filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and support services to the wider market team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Computer literacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Honesty and integrity, with high level of credibility
- Proficiency in administrative processes and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in fresh produce / FMCG industry is a bonus.
