We are excited to announce that Journey Early Learning Sale is coming in April 2024! Our newest Centre is a place where children aged from six weeks to six years of age can make a positive start to a life of learning, development, growth and opportunity offering 5 designated learning environments with age-appropriate resources for children to explore and engage with lots of loose parts and natural materials. What’s the role?

As our new Administrator, you will hold a pivotal place in our Centre Leadership Team and support your Centre Manager in the building of an exceeding centre.

This is a Permanent Part-time opportunity, across 30 hours 5 days a week. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ability to adhere to Journey’s child safe policy and code of conduct
• Creating weekly rosters, ensuring that wage budgets are being met
• Reviewing reports and data to make smart business decisions with your Centre Leadership team
• Dropbox archiving and document management
• Reviewing and collating Google reviews and parent feedback
• Roll marketing and reviewing attendance through daily reporting
• Managing maintenance requests and minor supplier management
• Ordering for the centre in line with budgets
• Event and activity planning and coordination
• Record keeping and compliance
• Credit card reconciliation
• CRM data integrity and analysis
• WHS audits and procedure

Who are you?

You are an experienced Administrator with a strong eye business acumen, compliance and the ability to build strong connections with your peers.

Role Requirements:

• Current Valid Working with Children Check
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong CRM and database experience
• Confidence working within the Microsoft office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Full Working Rights in Australia
