Are you a dynamic and experienced individual seeking a rewarding career opportunity? Look no further! The Pocket Early Education and Care, located in St Lucia, is currently seeking a Full-Time Office Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for families and visitors, we require someone with a professional demeanor and a warm, welcoming personality. Ideally, you'll bring prior experience as an Assistant Director, with a knack for coordinating staffing, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for providing excellent childcare experiences. Experience working in Montessori education or a strong desire to learn is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
- Coordinate staffing arrangements for day-to-day centre activities.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all families and visitors.
- Work closely with management to coordinate events seamlessly.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Organize catering for meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Maintain efficient administration systems including diaries, records, and filing.
- Manage stocktaking and procurement of office supplies.
- Supporting the Centre Manager in day-to-day tasks, including compliance and centre tours when needed.

Qualifications:
- Essential: Working With Children Check.
- Essential: Previous childcare experience.
- Preferable: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Montessori qualifications.
- Essential: Availability Monday to Friday.
