We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Aspley office, with initiative, attention to detail and a flexible common-sense approach who is willing and able to take on a variety of tasks.
The role involves:
- Managing our reception area and shared spaces
- Greeting clients and guests upon arrival
- Efficient answering of incoming calls and distribution of messages
- Managing mail and deliveries
- Organising and purchasing consumables
- Providing client, partner and general manager support
- Organising training events and training room
- Assisting with catering for our team and clients
- Working with and supporting our business and accounting teams
- Liaising with our suppliers
- Supporting the smooth running of the office and facilities
Do you have:

- Strong customer service skills, ethical standards and confidentiality
