The Role
- is suitable for a person who wants to practice in civil and commerical law;
- conducting and managing small civil and/or commercial matters from beginning to end with a high level of autonomy;
- assisting senior solicitors and/or Partners in large civil and/or commercial matters;
- liaising with clients;
- preparing commercial agreements and Court documents;
- providing legal advice;
- briefing Counsel;
- Court and/or Tribunal appearances;
- attending and conducting client meetings;
