The Opportunity
This role is within our Outcomes Tracking Team. Our quality processes, and exceptional administration skills, ensure that we are best positioned to successfully manage Outcomes and Wage Subsidies for the Workforce Australia contracts that Workskills delivers. Strong attention to detail ensures compliance with Workforce Australia Deeds and Accreditation Standards.
About You!
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Self-motivated, organised and disciplined including good organisational and time management skills in the context of the role
- Great computer skills in Microsoft Windows and Office enviroment, including accurate data entry
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills including entry of numerical data into calculators with a high level of accuracy
- Ability and commitment to work as a team member in a small team enviroment
- Commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all areas of the business
- Demonstrate competency with administration skills including experience in: the use of current office technology and equipment & creating and maintaining filing systems
- Provision of a satisfactory current National Criminals Record Check (or willing to obtain)
- A current Working With Vulnerable People Check (or willing to obtain)
