A well established insurance business has a newly created opening for you to join their growing team. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for managing commercial claims as well as assisting with renewals and general policy administration. You will become part of a supportive and friendly team where there is long term career progression.
As a Claims & Insurance Officer you duties may include -
  • Managing all claims, across a variety of commercial insurance products.
  • Assisting with renewals, endorsements and policy alterations.
  • Managing client files and general policy maintenance.
  • Liaising with policy holders and insurers over the phone and in writing.
  • Providing administrative support to the brokers.
What we are looking for -
  • Experience in insurance claims, customer service or underwriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
