We are not a Builder. We are a Building Broker. 

Gold Property Partners has been disrupting the Residential Building scene since 2016 and is continuing to grow.

We assist clients who are looking to build their First home, new home or investment property and we do it differently than your standard builder.  

We discuss what our clients want in their new home and take that information, their build budget, covenant requirements, personal needs and wish lists and discuss these with our panel of builders. Then we present to our clients the tailor made packages, just for them. We assist our clients throughout the entire process, from design, inclusions, colour selection, Contract and Approvals then to handing over the keys at completion. 

With land being a premium we are also able to help here, having many connections in the industry along with a growing number of developers using us to sell their land.

We complete multiple inspections with reports throughout the build, provide regular updates and photos and continue to assist post handover for any questions or issues they might have.

We are looking for an amazing person to join us to assist our Brokers with looking after their clients throughout their build. You will be the main point of contact for Clients and Third parties.  

Our business offers a Vibrant Fun and Friendly team environment with views over looking the lake in Kawana.  

This is a Full Time role however we will entertain Part Time hours for the right applicant. 

Qualifications & experience you will need:

• Excellent Customer service skills 
• Excellent Attention to detail
• A High level of written and oral communication
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills 
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Banking or Building background would be advantageous
• High competency of Computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised alongside a team
• Ability to take directions and ask probing questions

Tasks & responsibilities

• We are looking for someone to fit into our dynamic and amazing team of Client Advocates looking after our clients during their build. We are seeking an enthusiastic, very organised and passionate team player who will be ready to take the role head on.
• Someone who can follow the process AND think outside the square to get the best outcome for our clients is essential.
• You will need to pick up on how to read plans, inclusions, colour selections, tile layouts, pricing, Council approvals and Variations for a panel of builders, not just one.
• You will liaise with our clients, respond to them in a timely and professional manner, keep them updated and ensure milestones are met.
• An understanding of construction, residential building or a banking background would be an advantage as you will be updating, advising and fielding questions from Clients and builders.
• Continuously recording notes in databases to ensure all communication is noted
