- Assisting in the compilation of proposals, monitoring status and delivery
- Coordinating, leading, and driving the support of bid activities for significant business opportunities within the region.
- Supporting the development of winning strategies for bids, ensuring client needs are addressed and met.
- Ensuring the quality, risk, formatting, and branding of documents comply with client requirements.
- Working in a dynamic and diverse environment, where you will be coordinating across multiple markets and different business groups.
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- High level skill in the use of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of systems; Power BI, BST10, iConnect and Project Management Systems.
- Experience with maintaining information in Salesforce.
- Exceptional people and relationship skills.
- An ability to influence and negotiate.
- A desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative team.
- A self-starter, who proactively handles challenges in a fast-paced environment.
