The Role
Great opportunity to support the delivery of client and brand research insights that communicate implications for the business and actions that need to be taken. In this role you will support the implementation of an annual calendar of research projects to address the planned and anticipated information needs of the business. You will ensure best practice and leading-edge creativity within research methodologies and insight generation processes. This role reports directly to the Head of Client and Brand Insignts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the tracking and reporting of key client experience (NPS), voice of client and brand health research programs
- Support the design and delivery of ad hoc and planned proprietary research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Provide project management and quality assurance support aligned to internal market research processes for all market research projects
- Assist with the reporting, analysis, and creation of actionable insights to influence client centric business decision making
- Analyse customer data using data mining, segmentation, and modelling
- Make data driven recommendations through defining and analysing behaviour of target segments
- Convert analytical findings into insights. Identifying, preparing, analysing, and presenting research data in a meaningful format
- Undertake analysis of research data from divergent sources and report/present findings in a cohesive manner
- Effectively interpreting and providing analytical solutions to campaign managers and business stakeholders
