Your new role
- Contract Preparation and Distribution: Proficiently handle House and Land contract preparation and ensure timely distribution to external agents.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the current sales pipeline, guiding deals through the approval process and into the construction phase.
- Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs): Create EDMs using templates and maintain our agent database.
- CRM and EDM Database Management: Efficiently manage our CRM and EDM databases.
- Marketing Material Preparation: Utilise provided templates to prepare brochures and marketing materials as instructed.
- Sales Package Distribution: Prepare and distribute sales packages to agents on behalf of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Agent Log-In Details: Follow up and manage agent log-in details.
- Contact Program for Non-Active Agents: Implement a contact program for non-active agents.
- Reporting to BDMs: Provide reports on agent activity to BDMs.
- Assist with Day-to-Day Operations: Support BDMs in their day-to-day tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Skilled at using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Illustrator Advantage: Familiarity with Illustrator is beneficial.
- Digital Email Platforms: Experience working with digital email distribution platforms.
- Database Management: Extensive expertise in database management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of House & Land construction contracts and real estate sales is advantageous.
