Central Coast Community Legal Centre (Central Coast CLC) is a not-for-profit community organisation which is based in Wyong on the NSW Central Coast. Our purpose is to stand with our Central Coast community to help them face and overcome legal challenges in their lives. We do this by providing free, accessible, and non-judgmental legal services to people living, working, or studying on the NSW Central Coast.
About the Role
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of Central Coast Community Legal Centre. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation, supporting staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office to facilitate the delivery of legal services.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Office Manager. This comprehensive and varied role suits an individual with all-round office administration, human resources and accounts experience who brings a mature can-do attitude, initiative, and great communication skills leader with significant experience in finance, people management, and stakeholder engagement.
You will need to demonstrate (Selection Criteria):
- Proven experience in office management, including human resources and financial administration, preferably in a not for profit or community-based organisation
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- An understanding of board and governance structures and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities including service promotion and social media engagement
- An understanding of social justice issues and a commitment to advancing the rights of vulnerable communities, particularly working with Aboriginal communities
- Proficient in office software (e.g. MS365, Xero) and familiarity with technology systems
