About the opportunity
The Client coordinator reports to the Customer Support and Delivery Team Leader/Manager and is part of the Customer Support and Delivery team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to manage multiple brand projects from end-to-end Lifecyle to ensure compliant project delivery. The team services iconic brands including but not limited to McDonald Jones homes, Weeks homes, Brighton Homes and many more! More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end administration throughout project’s lifecycle
- Provide material take-offs and estimate to Manufacturing workgroups
- Analyse and use data for continuous improvement initiatives
- Prioritise and schedule projects for fabrication and site installation in accordance with client schedules; business capabilities and operation demand
- Log and action client feedback, provide resolutions and outcomes within service response times
- Advise Management on matters requiring escalation Action and/or implement any reasonable directions of Management
About you

- Demonstrates a strong customer service focus, ensuring client satisfaction through responsive and attentive interactions
- Experience within building and construction industry (highly desirable)
