Client Manager Maroochydore
We are seeking a Client Manager to join our Sunshine Coast Team based in Maroochydore, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Client Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results.

What the day will look like
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industry sectors
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
- Work closely with the Branch Manager on new business opportunities within the Commercial segment
- Achieve renewal and new business budget

- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
