WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an accomplished Client Partner with impressive cross-channel experience and a flair for building relationships and driving results for clients. The role will be to own a portfolio of some of our largest accounts within APAC. A key senior level role that reports directly to the VP Client Services for South East Asia, you will play a critical role in growth and business expansion plans.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

  • Ownership of the largest accounts within APAC and key point of contact between clients and internal channel teams
  • Working together with the VP Client Services, to build up key capabilities in SEA
  • Develop excellent client relationships at all levels, from commercial as well as reputation and delivery perspectives
  • Lead multiple planning and activation teams that work across the SEA business to:
  • Drive multi-channel strategy and cross-channel planning to ensure client objectives are met
  • Work closely with channel and market teams to manage priorities, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure client deadlines are met and to ensure campaigns are run smoothly and for best practice and high-quality outputs
  • Ensure cross channel comms and reporting are consistent across all channels and markets, acting as lead multichannel point of contact
  • Ensure project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date and improve working methods where possible to increase efficiency
  • Lead internal multichannel meetings, ensuring learnings across channels, teams and markets are shared
  • Actively seek cross and upsell opportunities within the account where possible
  • Keep abreast of channel, product, and industry updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • At least 9-14 years of digital marketing experience, preferably from a media agency environment.
  • Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, Display, Paid Social and Data Analysis
  • Experience of localised digital strategies for Australia is a must, and for Singapore and India is beneficial
  • Good client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients
  • Able to lead and nurture a team ranging from Account Directors to Executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strategic planning and team management experience
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Results and target driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter
  • Confident client facing attributes
