About Mushroom Creative House
Mushroom Creative House is a creative agency and a production company part of the Mushroom Group family that creates ‘unforgettable’ content, events and experiences for our clients.
Our Client Partnership team has been created to connect brands to music and entertainment. The department’s key functions include identifying, executing and reporting on campaigns that are tailored to specific briefs.
About the role
The Client Partnerships Manager will play a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of all facets of campaigns for our clients against agreed deliverables. Reporting to the Client Partnerships Director, the role will be the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded when executing campaigns. It requires thorough organizational skills, high attention to detail, a proactive mindset and an ability to adapt to ever-changing situations.
This role forms part of our growth trajectory by ensuring the team is working efficiently and to deadline, and our communication and stakeholder management is top of mind.

This is a full-time role based out of South Melbourne office, however for the right candidate could be based out of our Sydney office in Woolloomooloo.
Responsibilities include:
- Execute all facets of campaign delivery including liaising with 3rd party suppliers, venues and ticketing.
- Includes overseeing on-ground client activations, ‘winners’ fulfilment and other (May include some heavy lifting of client assets)
- Deliver key account management across assigned client group to enhance existing relationship and identify organic growth opportunities
- Oversee client campaign reporting and adherence to timelines, acting as the custodian of all relevant campaign information relating to allocated partnerships.
- Manage client profitability by ensuring adherence to finance management including tracking campaign budgets, approvals, invoicing, and payment.
- Effectively communicate with wider team to ensure everyone is kept fully informed of operational requirements and timelines, and other relevant information relating to the campaign.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with Client Partnership team to create campaigns and contribute to presentations relating to the pitch process.
- Work with the wider team to identify growth opportunities and process improvements
Sounds like you? If so, you will have the following.
- 2-3 years experience in partnership management
- Experience within the entertainment, sports or creative industry is ideal
- Passion for the Music and creative industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with team and management
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or related discipline (ideally)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and work with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, eager to learn and has a can-do attitude.
- Budgeting and financial skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks/timelines.
- Project management skills/experience
