About the Role - Play a critical role supporting our Senior Financial Advisor provide an exceptional experience to our valued clients. The successful candidate will be:
- Key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients, delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Administer all support aspects of the client advice process including preparation of Client Review and SOA Presentation Packs for meetings
- Asist with Regulatory obligations including management of OSA, Review meetings and compliance.
- Manage the practice workflow to ensure that all open items are being attended to in a timely manner and review/renewal of service deadlines are met.
- End to end implementation of advice and trading.
- Provide some PA/EA support to the Managing Director/Senior Advisor including drafting emails to clients, diary management etc.
- Depending on experience and capacity other duties including super and insurance fund research/Centrelink.

Your attributes, Knowledge, Skills & Experience -
- Mature professional with at least 2 years' experience working within a CSM or Paraplanning role within the Finance Industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with SMSF administration
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Xplan would be advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PA or EA experience valued.
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines
