- $34.02 - $36.43 per hour + Salary Packaging options - up to $18,550 tax free
The Opportunity:
Our Client Services Coordinators provide a key role in liaising with clients, their families, referrers and internal stakeholders to ensure that our services are exceptional and delivered effectively and efficiently. You are our client's first point of contact into the organisation, providing a client-centred onboarding experience while connecting our clients to products and services that meet their care-in-the-home needs.
As part of the Referral and Care Support team within our SA-based Call Centre, your role is integral to our process of assessing eligibility and suitability of client's needs.
Operating Hours:
Our operating hours are 7 days a week between 7:00am and 8:00pm. We work a rotating roster over 7 days a week to support your out of work commitments.
You will be paid penalties working late shifts, weekends and public holidays.

- Able to manage sensitive client interactions with respect and care
- Clear communication skills with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Confident with inbound and outbound calling
- Effective relationship management and support resolution of referrer and client issues.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications, able to navigate multiple applications
