Customer Service Consultant – Financial Services

Multiple roles avail - Permanent Full-time and Part-time (10am-2pm daily)
Chatswood - Office based role (no WFH) – 3-minute walk from the train station
$60,000 plus super (Full time hours)

What will your work day look like?
Stay Connected - Respond to all customer communications via phone, email and live chat
Get Smart - Keep up to date with policies, procedures and changing industry information by doing online research
Be Collaborative - Work with a team of like-minded work buddies where you all work towards the same goal by providing accurate and timely information to customers
Be Savvy - Enter accurate data into each customer’s account on the cloud based system
Learn to your hearts content – Gain an RG146 qualification PLUS learn all about CFD’s, such as cryptocurrency, shares, foreign exchange, shares etc
What is the call content?
You will receive incoming calls, emails and live chats from customers seeking assistance on their financial services products.
This could be opening and closing accounts, money transfers, deceased estate queries, industry knowledge and other general questions on the wide array of products available.
Who is the ideal candidate for the role?
We will teach you everything, all you need is:
Strong customer service skills
An interest or qualification in financial services
Great with picking up new computer systems
Attention to detail
Proactivity and investigative skills
High degree of empathy
Sound decision making skills with an ability to think on your feet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
