Working as part of a collaborative Client Services Team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Providing exceptional service to providers and clients
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling meetings & calendar management
- Scheduling of review appointments
- Maintenance of client database
- Setup new client files and record file information
- Maintenance of data integrity
- Research and general administration
- Report preparation
- Providing general support to the team
Our client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in customer service or administration, successful applicants will ideally be outcome-focused and have excellent administration and communication skills. Other skills and experience that are required are
