What will I be doing?
We are seeking a Client Services Manager who is highly experienced in all aspects of commercial cleaning, staff selection and staff hands-on training.
The primary responsibilities of this position will be to:
- Maintain and service a portfolio of sites within the Melbourne Metropolitan area & country Victoria
- Develop and managing staff and client relationship building
- Completing site audits with emphasis on OH&S, stock control, ensuring work sites have adequate supplies of cleaning materials and equipment
- Providing regular reporting to management ensuring communication is always open and transparent, and creating new business opportunities
This position will also ensure sites are adequately staffed on a daily basis; assist in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, site training and assessment of staff; and develop and manage staff, identifying skill gaps; and performance management.
The Candidate
The successful applicant MUST have extensive hands-on experience in commercial cleaning including steam cleaning and strip and seal of floors, use of all types of push behind and ride-on buffers/scrubbers (gas and electric); graffiti removal, pressure washing.
Ideally, the candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience.
The successful applicant will possess excellent management, communication, organisation, time management, administration and reporting skills, proven leadership qualities, strong influencing skills, prior experience with hands-on site training of staff, a current manual driver’s license and be computer literate with a sound understanding of CRM and payroll systems.
