JVA Financial Services are a growing practice who have been operating in the Perth market for over 50 years. We currently have an opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our team.
Our Client Service Officers provide proactive, client focused practice administration support in order to provide our clients with what they need to achieve their goals and build strong, long term Financial Planning Client relationships.
We have a great team of people with some great skills who do a great job looking after our clients. So we look after them with;

About the Role
A varied role working within an admin team of 3 which will include some or all of the below, depending on the day!
- Maintaining valued relationships and assisting with queries from our clients.
- Preparation for Client Meetings.
- Assistance in Preparation of Advice Recommendations.
- Implementation of Insurance & Super advice.
- General Administrative duties.
- Liaising with professional networks; administration service providers, insurance providers, etc.
- Assistance with our key projects.
About You
You will have previous experience in Financial Planning Services (whether that be through education or practical experience) and the desire to work in a busy office whose focus is delivering an excellent client experience and delivering on our promises.
The standard stuff;
- Great people skills are a must with proven ability to build rapport with clients / strong working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (and the ability to learn new systems quickly).
- Superior organisational and time management skills.
