Client Services Officer - Adelaide

This private wealth advisory boutique firm is a highly regarded independent firm that offers holistic advice to their well-developed book of HNW clients. Due to growth this organisation is now seeking a Client Services Officer to support a team of Senior Advisers and Assistants. Along with being provided ongoing professional development, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of people who are the best in their field.
 
Role Overview:

You will be responsible for supporting a small team of Senior Advisers with developing strategies that meet their client's individual objectives, financial situation and needs. The role will entail helping the advisers manage clients, attend meetings complete all implementation and research as well as be the first point of contact for clients. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all areas of customer service, administration and implementation
• Be the first point of contact for clients and assisting with customer inquiries
• Complete necessary documentations to implement SOA's
• Maintain XPLAN database 
• Assist in preparing portfolios and reports
• Help with research for the advisers

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience working in a financial planning environment in a similar function
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
• Financial Planning software Xplan experience
