Position Overview: Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the financial services industry? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch client administration and support to our Senior Advisers and management. As a CSO, you will contribute to the success of our firm by ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in the financial services industry, particularly in financial planning or accounting (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced experience with the MS365 suite.
- Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Completion of Year 12, with satisfactory grades.
Key Responsibilities: As a Client Service Officer, you will:
- Coordinate client meetings, confirming attendance and arranging follow-ups.
- Collect information from various third parties, including accountants, lawyers, and financial institutions.
- Liaise with super funds and fund managers to gather and record accurate client account information.
- Maintain the client database and portfolio records using financial planning software.
- Prepare basic Records of Advice (RoA) and generate accurate reports for client reviews.
- Ensure compliance with necessary authorities and documentation.
- Collaborate with Advisers and staff to address client queries and provide necessary support.
- Assist with administrative tasks and errands as required.
- Assist with implementation of the advice provided to clients.
