The Role
You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to a variety of stakeholders, further to this you will be responsible for:
- Responding to call and emails
- Creating and maintenance of accounts
- Processing rollovers & payments ensuring accuracy
- Managing commission payments for new members / advisors
- Identify and reporting of any issues
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Experience in Superannuation would be desirable however not essential
