Client Services Officer - Wealth Management

We are a well-established, Brisbane CBD boutique Wealth Management firm, providing financial advice to private clients and businesses for over forty years.

We pride ourselves in having created a dynamic working culture, as well as a warm, 'people focused' environment.

We are expanding our team and looking for a bright and motivated person to join our team in the role of Client Services Officer. 

THE ROLE

Perfect for someone who is: 

• passionate about helping people through Wealth Management
• a great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
• able to work well under pressure
• detailed orientated.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with production of client materials (portfolio reports/ review docs)
• Supporting the advisers in preparation of advice documents
• Executing implementation of advice documentation
• Assisting with client and supplier correspondence and administration
• Ensuring data is recorded accurately and promptly in Xplan

YOUR BACKGROUND

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone completing their studies in an industry-related degree. Previous administration experience in financial services, will ensure you have a sound understanding of the financial planning process.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1 - 2 years' experience in an administrative role within financial services / or general office experience; OR
• Graduates with tertiary education with a Business / Commerce / Financial Planning focus;
• Experience with Xplan
• Advanced MS Office skills
