Your New Role
You will be a passionate and motivated “people” person, who loves what you do! You’ll enjoy getting into the details, problem solving and providing a high quality service to those you are assisting. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team to help support and educate customers across anything superannuation related via phone, email and web chat. This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract, working Monday - Friday on a roster between 8.30am - 6pm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage superannuation enquiries from existing and prospective members and employers and authorised third parties
Educate members around services and products whilst providing personalised tailored solutions
Deliver exceptional customer outcomes that strengthen the partnership with each member
Update and maintain detailed customer records
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Work within company SLA’s
What you will bring to the team
Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with our customers and stakeholders
Analytical mindset & high attention to detail
Ability to work with technology across multiple platforms Superannuation experience is desirable but not essential
