The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to deliver Design and Construct projects from the early design stages, through planning and contractor selection, and then through delivery.
In this client-side organisation you will play a key role in full project Lifecycle activities:
- Design Management and development
- Selection and engaging Consulting and Engineering stakeholders
- Selection of Head Contractor and management of the Head Contractor
- Management and reporting of project progress
- Manage variations or progress claims submitted by the Head Contractor

Are you suitable?
If you have experience working as a Client-Side Project Manager, or you are a polished, client focussed Project Manager or Contract Administrator in a Head Contractor, please reach out or apply for the position to learn more.
You will need to meet the following to be considered suitable for this role:
- 3-8 years in the construction industry
- 3-4+ years as a Contract Administrator for a commercial building head contractor (minimum) or a related role at a head contractor - perhaps on the cusp of becoming a Project Manager within a head contractor, or currently working as a client-side Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have delivered multiple projects from start to completion
