The Role

The role of a Client Success Officer is very hands-on, where flexibility is key. You will manage and follow up on new client leads and enquiries, provide potential clients with information on the PlanCare Co-Care services, and see them through to becoming a client of PlanCare. 

The role will look a bit like this:

• Administering the day-to-day new client leads funnel, from contacting clients to see if they require further information to sending out follow-up emails. 
• Sending out, assessing and processing client service agreements and helping clients book an onboarding meeting.
• Resolving client information enquiries via phone or email.
• Building relationships with clients to provide the best possible client experience.
• Providing feedback to and preparing material to support PlanCare clients

This role is full-time, 9am-5pm, ongoing, and will based office based in our Parramatta office. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has experience managing a leads funnel and triaging new client enquiries.
• Is reliable and punctual
• Has a great telephone manner
• Can communicate clearly and precisely and is patient in answering questions.
• Has superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Is able to create and maintain relationships with clients
• Has a positive can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to share ideas and feedback to help us grow
• Is a fast learner and can learn independently
• Enjoys working in a team environment and having a laugh at work.

You’ll definitely need to have: 

• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A recent (less than three months) Police check or the ability to get one
• The right to work and live in Australia

It would be especially great if you had: 

• Has experience with the My Aged Care and Homecare Packages (especially self-management of HCP) and is confident with answering client questions related to their plan
• Has a person-centred attitude and is committed to supporting people over 65 to live at home and have more choice and control over the support they need.
• Experience in My Aged Care / Community Care
• Lived or learned experience of Aged Care
