My client is looking for an experienced Client Support Officer to deliver a wide range of administrative services in order to support the efficient and effective operation of the screening team.
This role will include:
• Attending to clients at medical rooms and liaising with and supporting the screening team by ensuring appointment records are accurate and up to date.
• Communicating and collaborating with clients, their families service providers and multiple jurisdictions.
• Arranging medical examinations.
• Monitoring and updating medical records.
• Responding to enquiries.
• Prioritising workloads and work flows.
• Maintaining accurate records and records information systems.
• Verifying and processing invoices for payment.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Has strong administration skills/experience
• Is up to date with Public Health Order requirements.
• Has previous experience providing administration support within the medical field.
