The Job:
- Be the external clinical "Face" of the company in the Australian marketplace, ensure second to none customer service and satisfaction and ensure all patients on the products have the highest level of competency in operation and technical understanding.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their clinical needs and challenges in the field of sleep and neurophysiology diagnostics.
- Conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support to healthcare professionals on the use of our medical devices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and institutions.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to ensure the safe and effective use of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to our product portfolio.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related field
- The job is professionally, technically and clinically challenging hence prior diabetes experience is of benefit.
- Experience with patient care/ monitoring or within the educational field
- You are required to make weekly visits to hospitals and to the community - having connections already in place here will be a great advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the Sydney region as needed
- High level of organisation and work ethic is needed for this Clinical Field Specialist role.
