Your opportunity
- The Clinical Nurse is an advanced level clinician who is responsible for a portfolio with a focus on clinical care/leadership, management, education and/or research, providing leadership, direction, and support to other nursing staff, students and the interdisciplinary team.
- This role will provide leadership to other nursing staff at the team/portfolio level, supporting a culture reflective of the Mackay HHS values.
- The Care In The Right SettingClinical Nurse provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure patient-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of patient/client care and provides leadership and support to other nursing staff withIn The Care In TheRight Setting Unit. The clinical Nurse will work across both Geriatric Emergency Department Intervention and Hospital In The Home. The applicant will have demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills that support employment withIn These two specialities.
About the Team
Care In TheRight Setting is an Integrated Model consisting of Hospital In The Home, Geriatric Emergency Department Intervention, Residential Aged Care Support Service, Covid-19 and Virtual Health, and other Hospital Optimisation / Substitution services, with the expressed aim to provide medical, nursing, and allied health care to patients in an appropriate setting. Patients receive quality care that is tailored to their individual needs.
