In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. You'll work in collaboration with the broader multidisciplinary diabetes team to provide a coordinated, high quality diabetes service in both community and inpatient settings.
If you're registered with AHPRA as an RN and have:

• A postgraduate qualification in Diabetes Management (recognised by the ADEA), at least 3 years’ clinical experience in the field of diabetes and are credentialed by ADEA as a Diabetes Educator
• Ability to apply advanced clinical expertise and decision-making skills that support good patient care outcomes
• Clinical leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
• Experience in high level assessment of clients (inpatient and community based) with complex diabetes conditions including Type 1 and Type 2; Gestational Diabetes and complications associated with diabetes
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice, education and your own professional development
