Torbay is seeking a Clinical Nurse who is interested in taking this position and making it their own. You will work with our Director Of Care and existing Clinical Nurse. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure that resident assessments, care plans and and other relevant clinical documents are accurate and complete.
- Collaborating closely with our Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers to provide top-tier care.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and care plans.
We're seeking individuals who:
- Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong organisational abilities and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Possess experience with training and assessment.
