About the Role:
As a Clinical Placement Administrator, you will be supporting our students and industry placement partners through efficient and effective administrative and customer support services within the Clinical Learning Office. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, liaising with stakeholders, and using the placement management systems to support compliance and accreditation requirements.
We have 2 positions available for the Clinical Placement Administrator role at a HEP 4 classification, salary range $67,947 (per annum) – $72,101 (per annum) working 36.75 (1 FTE) hours per week.
- Position #950407: 1 x full-time Continuing position
- Position #950333: 1 x full-time Fixed term cover for 12 months
Duties:
An example of duties you may perform will include:
- Verifying students mandatory documentation submissions
- Provide high-quality reception and client service delivery to internal and external stakeholders through phone and email enquiries
- Communicating with students regarding their placement requirements and documentation
- Using InPlace (VU WIL) and other placement management systems for administrative support
- Assist in checking of invoices from our clinical partners and record keeping
About You:
If you have good communication, are innovative and have customer service skills with diverse groups, high attention to detail and experience in a Clinical Placement and/or higher education environment then this is the role for you.
We are looking for a motivated candidate that can work both independently and within a fast paced team, and prioritise workloads effectively.
