An opportunity has become available for a experienced Office administrator to work at a well established Osteopathic clinic based in St Kilda West. With a team of 6 Osteopaths,and 3 treatment rooms on site , this clinic requires a friendly, empathetic, motivated and experienced Office administrator to run the front desk and keep the clinic running smoothly.
To be successful in this role , you must have high-level skills in communication; including verbal and written, listening, time management, task prioritisation whilst working independently and as part of the team. It would suit applicants who can manage multiple tasks with confidence.
This varied role will require you to:
- Answer incoming calls and book in client appointments- via Cliniko
- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Update new client details in the database
- Process patient payments
- Liaise with 6 practitioners and assist with setting up the rooms
- Conduct basic payroll using Xerox
- Stock management
- Produce back-end reports using Excel
- Contribute to marketing and growth strategies for the business
- Manage Social Media
As the ideal candidate you will have solid customer service and administration experience either having worked in Allied Health ie: Osteopathic/Chiropractic clinic is highly advantageous, or a strong interest in health and wellbeing.
Prior experience booking appointments for patients or clients will be highly regarded along with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, whilst assisting the clinic to grow.
Systems used are Cliniko for appointments and Xerox. Experience with AppleMac would be advantageous and a basic knowledge of word and excel is required.
This position is offered on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm, 4 or 5 days per week. Easy access to public transport (trams) and parking nearby.
