About the role:
Your role is pivotal in delivering a superior customer service, building strong relationships with clients who rely heavily on the business to navigate the complex government scheme while providing administration support ensuring applications meet compliance requirements.
Your versatile skills will be put to good use in this multi-faceted role and your contributions will make a significant impact on the future success of the business.
- Professional execution of day-to-day tasks
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients introducing the rebate service
- Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients, new sales leads while having a strong focus on client retention
- Train and support new and existing clients on how to utilise tools
- Trouble shoot and support installer/trade clients
- Understand the compliance requirements including processes, and certificates to complete applications
- Ensure the Client database is managed accurately
- Scheduling of meetings
- Manage weekly payment schedules, verification and submission of schedules for authorisation
- Assist with marketing activity such as ad campaigns and social media
- General administration tasks as required
About You:
- Similar experience in an administration support role
- Possess a positive, happy disposition with a great sense of humour
- Confidence, friendly and approachable phone manner
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Able to be proactive, show initiative, be results driven
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work well to deadlines
- Strong understanding of numbers, financials and reporting
- Able to problem solve identifying potential issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong excel skills
- Happy to jump in and support a team with other tasks as required
