About the Position
We are looking to welcome a Clinical Service Managerto lead a small team of paediatric allied health professionals within an integrated therapy setting to provide an outstanding therapeutic service to children, young people, and their families.
- Full time opportunity.
- Level 7 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $110,913 -115,538 plus super.
- Maternity leave backfill from 20 May 2024 until 31 January 2025.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Lead a clinical team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture.
- Hold a clinical caseload of children impacted by trauma.
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership for team members with a focus on practice excellence.

About You
- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology).
- Professional registration and membership of a relevant professional association is desirable.
- At least three years’ experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by trauma or experienced abuse and neglect, or at least five years’ experience working in similar roles.
- Proven management experience within a service delivery context.
- A proven ability to plan and successfully deliver innovative projects and initiatives under a strategic plan.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
- Eligibility for a NDIS Worker Clearance Check.
