Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join and lead our amazing team of Care Managers and Registered Nurses. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and working across the Sydney Metropolitan region, this newly created role is responsible for overseeing, advising and supporting the delivery of direct clinical and complex care services to individuals with disabilities, those recovering from an injury or the elderly. The role will be required to work across all our locations, including offices in Parramatta & Liverpool as well as Accommodation sites across Western and South-Western Sydney. Infrequent travel to Melbourne may also be needed, from time to time.
In this role, you will find yourself:
- Leading a team of 6-8 Care Managers and Registered Nurses
- Providing advice on complex care plans and nursing related issues
- Providing clinical nursing advice and delivering training & developments initiatives
- Regularly monitoring and assessing the quality of Clinical Services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practice
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
- Previous clinical experience (preferably within the Community, Disability and/or Aged Care sectors)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A warm and caring persona, committed to care delivery excellence
- Current and active drivers licence
