The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role will be ward/unit based and provides a range of administrative and Clinical Support services to enable the ward to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable, patient focused and effective manner..Where You'll Be Working

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. * Tertiary qualifications (Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including, spreadsheets and database software in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems and processes.
  • Act as a role model and promote a positive culture by supporting practices that reflect the organisational values through demonstrated behaviours and interactions with patients/clients/employees.
