In this role, you are motivated by customer success in building the next great thing with Atlassian products. You will partner with Atlassian customers (through a ticketing system, chat or video conferences) and delight them with remarkable customer service. You will perform root cause analysis and solve problems across one-to-many Atlassian products. You often times find yourself collaborating with our global Support team to serve customers worldwide and publish new knowledge to our customer self-help portal. Experience providing Application Support, preferably web applications
Experience providing high-touch customer service, with knowledge in various communication techniques (ticketing, chat, video)
Experience collaborating with remote and diverse teams
Typically 3+ years work experience in a technical customer support role
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
