As the Club Manager, your duties would include:
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive sales
- Revenue Growth
- Net Profit Growth
- Member Experience
- Compliance with Snap Systems and Processes
- Manage staff and memberships
- Keep up with daily tasks and maintenance of the gym
To be successful you will have:
- Strong knowledge of local marketing initiatives, in particular, social media campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in customer service & satisfaction
- Demonstrated achievement in people management, decreasing staff turnover and improving staff satisfaction
- Proven outcomes in driving fitness program offerings across a multi-site business
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing facility management activities that result in managed clubs being safe, clean and well-maintained
- Demonstrated experience implementing national and local marketing plans to increase lead volume
- Proven results in designing and implementing strategies to increase membership size and achieve profit growth
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g. fitness, retail etc.) will be highly regarded.

- Cert III & IV Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Police/Working with Children Check
