Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The CNC Machinist will play a crucial role in the production of components and parts according to specifications. While previous experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Main tasks include but are not limited to: 

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components within specified tolerances.
• Interpret engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations and requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including material usage, downtime, and quality inspection results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machines independently.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of CNC programming languages (Fanuc) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
