SalaryCNC Operator
Aesseal NSW Pty Ltd is seeking to employ a qualified CNC operator. Our machines are Daewoo lathe’s, and a Hartford machining centre using Fanuc controllers, we also have a Mazak Integrex 300 IV with Mazatrol Matrix controller. Ability to operate Mazatrol is mandatory. Programs used are Mastercam and Solidworks.
95% of our work is 316 stainless steel components for our mechanical seals, which are sold both domestically and exported, we also use 400 series stainless steels for shafts, Duplex stainless steels for shafts and seal parts, cast iron, and different grades of bronze depending on the application.
You will need the ability to read and interpret workshop drawings, the ability to work with minimal supervision and the ability to multi-task and perform safe work practices.
Position is fulltime after qualifying period. Regular overtime is available. Excellent pay and conditions available to the successful candidate.
