Are you a skilled Coffee Sales professional with a deep understanding of specialty coffee? We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for you to lead a small team as our Victorian Sales and Accounts Manager. In this full-time position, you'll lead a team of four highly skilled coffee professionals dedicated to forging strong relationships and loyal partnerships with cafes and restaurants across Melbourne and Victoria.

Your Role

As the Victorian Sales and Accounts Manager, your mission is to focus on new growth and retention of our client base in Melbourne and surrounding areas. Managing a sales team of coffee professionals, your creativity and natural talents will be instrumental in catering to both new up-and-coming businesspeople and experienced café managers and owners.

What You Bring

- Extensive specialty coffee knowledge.

- A successful sales record.

- Broad hospitality experience.

- An eagerness to share your knowledge and grow professionally. 

- Excellent communication and leadership skills. 

- Effective use of technology.  

- Driver’s licence.

You are able to demonstrate your expertise in coffee, sales, account management, project management, and above-the-line thinking. You utilize your analytical and administrative skills to produce reports with accurate information and actionable and insights that will grow the business. Your role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
